Hi! I'm Jess, a graphic designer, visual storyteller, and professional problem solver with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a master's degree in Visual Communication & Design, and more than six years of experience creating strategic communications for the federal government. Turns out understanding how people think is pretty helpful when your job is figuring out how to communicate complex ideas!

I love taking information that feels overwhelming and transforming it into something that's clear, engaging, and maybe even a little fun. Whether it's an infographic, executive presentation, proposal, brand identity, publication, or motion graphic, I'm happiest when I'm solving visual puzzles and helping people connect with the message, not just admire the design.

I'm also a huge believer that great designers never stop learning. I'm detail-oriented (yes, I will notice if something is one pixel off), endlessly curious, and always looking for better ways to tell a story. At the end of the day, I love making complicated things feel simple, and creating work that people remember.
